Our History
The study was born in 2019 from the Dr Giuseppe Cappuccio. After a long experience in a well-known firm of forensic accountants in criminal matters (in particular judicial administrations and bank usury) .
Our Mission
We are a team of accountants and business consultants with a deep and proven specialisation in business-critical areas:

Criminal litigation
Corporate crisis management and financial litigation can sometimes lead to criminal proceedings. The firm offers crucial specialist support in these delicate phases:
- Focus on Bankruptcy: We offer our accounting and financial expertise as Party Technical Consultants (CTP) in proceedings for offences of Fraudulent or Simple Bankruptcy.
- Technical-Accountable Support: Our role is to analyse accounting and financial documentation to refute or support the allegations, reconstructing the flow of acts and transactions.
- Objective: Provide the Judiciary and the Defence with a incontrovertible technical reading of the company's situation, to distinguish unlawful conduct from the normal dynamics of a business crisis. We act to protect the reputation and legal position of the entrepreneur.
