The text states that
"...Article 16 of the general terms and conditions provides that "in the event of delay Findomestic shall charge interest on arrears at the maximum rate of 0.040% per day".
That provision, in so far as it does not indicate the basis for the calculation of the indicated percentage, that is to say, whether it is to be applied to the principal alone or to the entire amount of the unpaid instalments, is undetermined and indeterminable. Nothing is therefore due by way of default interest. ...".
