The judgment reads "Paragraph 4 of Article 119 of the Consolidated Banking Law recognises an autonomous subjective right of the customer, which is based on the duties of solidarity and the obligations of conduct in good faith in the execution of the relationship, to be interpreted, in the light of the principle of good faith in the execution of the contract (Article 1375 of the Civil Code), in the sense of obtaining the documentation inherent in all transactions of the period in which the applicant is concretely interested...".
